RSFA POSTPONES ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION
April 2, 2020 - The Board of Directors today approved a postponement of the 2020 Annual Meeting and Board Election due to restrictions caused by the pandemic. (See article)

RACE RESUMES IN-HOME INSTALLATIONS
April 2, 2020 - After securing personal protective equipment and implementing new safety procedures, Race Communications has resumed in-home installations of high-speed fiber-optic internet service. (See article)

BOARD CONDUCTS VIRTUAL MEETING
April 2, 2020 - Today, for the first time in the Ranch's 92-history, the Board of Directors conducted business virtually via videoconference. The April Board meeting was held via Zoom and brought together directors, members and staff located around the County to one video platform. (See article)

SECOND INSTALLMENT OF HOA DUES
April 2, 2020 - A reminder to members that the second installment of homeowners dues will be mailed next week with monthly statements. The due date for the second installment is April 20, 2020, and will be considered late on May 5, 2020. (See article)

GOLF CLUB PREPARES EASTER MEALS
April 2, 2020 - The Ranch Clubhouse Restaurant is making Easter dining delicious and stress-free by offering a holiday take-out dinner. Members may place orders for curbside pickup of an entire Easter meal. (See article) 

CONSTRUCTION SITE SAFETY TIPS
March 31, 2020 - The RSF Patrol and Code Enforcement are distributing COVID-19 communications encouraging social distancing and safe hygiene to construction crews working in the Ranch. While the government considers construction an essential service, the Association is asking members to reinforce safe practices to contractors working on their property. Flyers are available in English and Spanish.

PARKS & TRAILS REMINDERS
March 31, 2020 - RSF Association trails and selected open spaces remain open to members only. Members, who are encouraged to practice social distancing on the trails, may download a trails map which is private and for Association members only. (See article)

ASSOCIATION MEETINGS TO BE HELD VIRTUALLY
March 27, 2020 – The RSF Association Board of Directors meeting and Audit / Finance Committee meeting will be held via video-conference due to restrictions caused by the pandemic. The meetings will include only items essential to critical functions. Members may submit input via email in advance of the meeting to memberinput@RSFAssociation.org. (See article)

RACE POSTPONES IN-HOME APPOINTMENTS
March 24, 2020 – Race has temporarily halted all in-home installations and service calls. Service calls or work that can be completed on the outside of the home will continue with zero customer contact. Race's dispatch staff will contact those customers directly. The process will be solely based on records from previously completed site surveys – please do not call Race at this time. (See article)


RSF ASSOCIATION RESPONDS TO GOVERNOR'S MANDATE
March 20, 2020 – The RSF Association facilities, operations and employees are following the Governor's pandemic mandate requiring residents to stay at home except for essential needs. The restrictions are affecting RSF Association and its members. (See article)

TAKING CARE OF OUR MEMBERS

March 16, 2020 – Dear Rancho Santa Fe Association Member: All of us are adjusting to an ever-changing and challenging environment brought on by the Coronavirus. Today, the San Diego County Board of Supervisors announced that restaurants shall be prohibited from offering in-person dining. In response and to serve the needs of our members, the Ranch Clubhouse Restaurant will be offering RSF Association members take-out food with curbside pick-up beginning Tuesday, March 17.  (See article)

March 13, 2020 – At the Rancho Santa Fe Association, the health, safety and well-being of our members and employees is our top priority. With the news about the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are carefully considering the appropriate response.
