Please submit the application with the appropriate fees and items below according to the designated submittal schedule. Please direct questions to the RSF Association Building Department to (858) 756-1174.
- One paper AND one electronic copy of the completed and signed application form; and
- One paper AND one electronic copy of plans
You may download and fill out the construction building permit application electronically now by clicking the link below. Electronic copies must be submitted to the RSF Association office via flash drive or CD. Emailed copies will not be accepted. Incomplete applications will be returned to the owner for completion and must be resubmitted for review at another meeting.
