Maryam Babaki

Maryam Babaki has more than 25 years of experience in public and private engineering management, earning several awards for projects she led in California. She headed Development Services and Public Works departments in the cities of San Marcos, National City and the City of Commerce, as well as at Caltrans, the Port Authority of New York–New Jersey, and private firms. Maryam has a bachelor’s degree in Science Civil Engineering, a master’s degree in Business Administration and is a licensed professional engineer. She joined the Association in 2019.

Maryam enjoys movies, museums, traveling, spending time with her cats, dinner parties and her five-acre avocado farm.
